At Marassina Jewelry, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Despite our confidence in their excellence, returns are possible within 10 days of receiving your order. This period allows you to inspect the item for any damage or defects that may have been overlooked during our thorough pre-shipment inspection.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, a store voucher will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
